Q: I don't feel comfortable with Cry It Out. Is that the only way to sleep train?
A: There are many proven methods that affectively achieve healthy sleep. We will discuss multiple options and create a plan that is right for you.
Q: What is the ideal age to sleep train?
A: It's never too early or too late to begin the journey to healthy sleep. However, true sleep training can begin at 4 months of age (adjusted). Babies younger than 4 months can benefit from sleep shaping.
Q: I just have a few questions about my child's sleep. I don't think I need a sleep plan and 2 full weeks of support. Is there a sleep package for that?
A: Yes! If you just have questions and would like a conversation with an expert to sort out a few minor issues, the "Sleep Info Session" is right for you.
